Here is the audio only version of the first episode of Friend Code. As posted earlier in the week by Kyle regarding the EZA Podcast and Patreon's RSS feed:

"Trying this again! Let me know if you see Episode 54 appear in the RSS feed that you'll find in the top right corner on patreon.com/easyallies (apparently only on desktops) Also, that RSS feed is personalized just for you. It somehow knows that you are a $5 and up patron, so please don't share it with others."

The difference here is this is episode 1 of Friend Code, and it's for $1 and up Patrons. So please don't share the RSS feed. If it's not working, let me know in the comments and I'll take a look at it.

If there is a video version, is it gonna be up later?

I can hear it fine!

Hi Damiani, the episode doesn't show up in the RSS feed if it's meant to

Anonymous

it shows up on mine

I don't see the RSS feed link (didn't see it for the podcast either). I'm checking from my computer per Kyle's directions.

Pocket Casts just found the RSS for me

Anonymous

It should be at the overview section of their patreon page, right under you're patronage

PocketCasts is the public URL anyone can get that. I read the Patreon help document for the creator RSS feeds and the $5 link Kyle is talking about is *not* enabled. There should be a personalised feed URL in a box before the $1 Cup of Jones reward. <a href="https://patreon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213557023-How-Do-I-Enable-Audio-RSS-for-My-Patrons-" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://patreon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213557023-How-Do-I-Enable-Audio-RSS-for-My-Patrons-</a>

It's enabled. I've tested it and it has both podcasts. Quite a few others have used it as well. Here's a screenshot from another user. <a href="https://cl.ly/413h431y171W" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://cl.ly/413h431y171W</a> -Bloodworth

Is every episode of every show being released early under one feed? Or is it just the EZA Podcast?

EasyAllies

There's only one early patreon feed. It's up to each show producer as to whether they want to start adding their shows to it or not. -Bloodworth

Two notes for other subscribers: 1: Your custom podcast feed is located in the "Overview" tab of patreon.com/easyallies. If you can't see the link you might be just looking at the default view "Posts" tab..as I was. (Doh!) 2: When adding the custom URL with PocketCasts it'll throw you an error until you change the start of the URL from https:// to <a href="http://." rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://.</a> PocketCasts not officially supporting protected Podcasts.

Not a fan of the name "Friend Code"

I agree; i can feel the Damiani troll vibes in the name; but i don't think thats a good idea for a podcast name that is not all trolls all the time.

Great first episode guys, loved the panel and some great discussion! Can never get enough Nintendo talk L&amp;R

I think the first NES game I was really into was Zelda (only one I played that I like). My favorite NES game is Godzilla 2 war of the monsters.

The Kyle direct curse strikes again.

Anonymous

Will the direct have any impact on the next episodes release date? Kyle said he wanted to talk about directs but in two weeks the news might be dated.

Thanks for the awesome discussion! It was really cool hearing about your first experiences with Nintendo. Especially since they're so different to mine since I grew up with the DS/Wii era. Anyway, thanks again and I'm looking forward to more! :D

Love the show and concept. Really fun. I would suggest more production value such as B-Reel when you're talking about a game. This was something nice to listen to via podcast but additional value for watching on Youtube. I would have enjoyed it quite a bit more especially when you were talking about games I'd never heard of. L&amp;R
