Hello Allies, I've recently been playing all the God of War games before Ragnarok to see how they hold up (generally, they are products of their time and have not aged particularly well) and came across something in God of War Ascension- an easter egg for Sony Santa Monica's cancelled Science fiction game that when decoded reads "WHEN THE EARTH STOPS, THE JOURNEY BEGINS". While that game was never officially announced, are there any rumored or unrealized games you would have liked to see finished? Or are there any easter eggs or game teases that you remember fondly? Hey Allies, I was devasted by the news that the KOTOR remake was put on indefinite hold, which is in a way worse than being cancelled because it leaves us with a lingering will they or won't they mentality. I thought of all the games, this was the one that needed a remake the most. I look at The Last of Us and I can honestly say that game didn't need a remake. Graphically the original is still beautiful, and the gameplay is solid. KOTOR on the other hand, looks dated and it takes a while for the gameplay to get fun. So, my question to you guys is this, when do you believe game is deserving or in need of a remake? Love & Respect, L.E.L (You pronounce my name by saying each letter individually.) P.S The RE4 remake scares me.

Please know that I come to you know with a full heart, and only the best of intentions. With that said, I have to be honest with you, and I hope you can appreciate my honesty for whatever it is worth to you. ...And don’t worry I won’t take it personally if it’s worth nothing. Ok, so here we go. I liked your L&R question this week about unrealized games, but It really bothered me what you said negatively about GOW within the context of bringing up the topic. Now first and foremost, you are absolutely entitled to your opinion, I just thought it would be fun for me to share mine in response. Please however take this with a (grain of salt) as fun & friendly advice- If the point of your post was to ask what rumored/unrealized game teases someone would have like to have seen come to fruition; It was unnecessary to mention your opinion that the GOW games were "products of their time" and "have not aged well". That statement came across kind of mean, and frankly (and please forgive me) a bit pretentious. Personally in my opinion, I would agree in some ways that the GOW games are products of their time- again, in some ways. However the majority of that product is the culmination of an era excellent 3rd person / hack n slash action, with a hugely scaled interconenctive story, that was littered with a litany of epic gameplay moments. ....And with that said, yes, I do think they hold up very well... Especially "God of War II" and "Ghost of Sparta" ....but like I said this is just my opinion.... Furthermore- I of course apologize if this reply upsets you, honestly I realized half way through it was probably unnecessary for me to respond to your comment in the first place...(I mean, really, why should I care what someone randomly wrote on a patreon post, there are more important things to focus on in life)... But you know Im weird like that, and when something bugs me, its hard to let it go... This is why Im not allowed on twitter... Im just kidding.... But in any case I had already started writing, so I figured I might as well see it through. Anyway I hope what I said helps, and I apologize if I come across annoying, or even hurtful- that is not at all my desired intention or outcome. But , ok, take care, best of luck. love & respect. P.S : Just so you know, I thought I would mention my favorite rumored game. Before they confirmed exactly what they were working on, there was talk that developer ROCKSTEADY might be doing a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle game in the same style as the Batman ARKHAM series… Don’t get me wrong, Suicide Squad will probably be great…. But man…what a waste of an perfect match and idea.. Take care, cheers!
