It's time to collect your submissions for Love & Respect for this week's Easy Allies Podcast. It's Summer Game Fest so things are gonna be wild, but fair chance that we'll have Michael Huber and Michael Damiani on the desk again, and/or maybe Ben too. Isla and Don will be in the control room.

Type your question, topic, or game in the comments below. Be sure to include your preferred name if you don't like the one here on Patreon. If your entry is not selected, feel free to submit it again the following week.

These submissions will be collected by 1 PM PT this Thursday. To make it into this week's podcast, please post before then.

We appreciate your support and are grateful for each and every submission, if we're able to include them in the podcast or not.

Greetings, Allies! Do you agree, that one of the best things to happen in recent years for gaming, is the current explosion in popularity for barcades? As someone who was able to get in on the tail end of the golden age of arcades (DDR Extreme, Soul Calibur 2, etc), i definitely feel that the decline of arcade style games, like fighting and rhythm games, combined with the lack of interpersonal camaraderie, has had a ripple effect throughout the industry. Imagine the friendships you’d make, playing an Elden Ring boss rush arcade cabinet!

(Hi Bloodworth! My first time writing in) Hello Allies and Happy Keigh3leys!! I'm really looking forward to the conferences and your coverage of them. A couple years ago we got a demo for a little game called Pikmin 3 and I watched several of you rave about this game. I saw Damiani stream it and downloaded the demo. I enjoyed it so much I bought the game. Well it has taken me 2 years and a couple weeks ago I finally beat it (not that it was hard, I just don't have a lot of extra time to play games and that first year I played a LOT of Animal Crossing). In fact, I restarted it twice...almost exactly a year apart so I have 3 save files. One from my completed game (restartedin Feb 2022), one from Feb 2021 and one from Feb 2020! My question is this: can you talk about a game you restarted multiple times because you stopped playing it but when you went back to it you couldn't remember where you were, the story, what you were doing, etc.? Thank you !L&R Hugs and Smiles Jessie Blu
