Hi everyone. It's time for Tabletop Escapades! This is the last episode of the most recent batch that we recorded. As is usually the case, it's my favorite of the set. I think a lot of solid story progress happens and there are a ton of great moments between characters. Hopefully you like the direction of where this is all going! Nice episode this week. I love that the mystery deepens. I've just got one, not exactly complaint, more of a request. Please throw a pack of bandits or zombies or something at Yogalla and the others. It feels like we haven't rolled for initiative since like episode three and I'm seriously starting to miss the battles. If one wants to nit pick you should probably have rolled for initiative after Pomper cast Command on that guy but whatever. Just saying I really want a real fight soon since they've leveled up so much but we haven't seen any of their new battle skills.

I totally agree with you. Thanks for the suggestion! I think the party is their best outside of combat (most of the time), but there has been a disturbing lack of fights. That will change!

Very good episode, especially Ben when deciding to cut to another player. Also we all love Goldboy! Shame Goldboy 1 is "death", nice guy with interesting stories. PS: Wasn't this episode way shorter then the last one? Like it more when it's about an hour and 10 minutes. Now it's barely 57 minutes and we need to wait another week. Can't stand the tension!

I thought Therese already told the guys about needing to kill dudes. Ep 19 at 38:48. How come they act like they don't know what Therese is talking about when she says she needs that coin dude to stick around.

They know about it, but they aren't as worried as Therese about the curse. For example, they say "you have 3 days!". So when Therese worries about keeping Gold Boy alive, they'd be thinking to themselves "Why would she be worrying about that? Surely it couldn't be to do with the curse, because she's got ages left on the timer for it! We'll find another human in time even if Gold Boy dies". Quite a funny mix of perspectives on the matter, where to one it's life or death, and for the others to be so nonchalant about it.

Awesome work Ben. Very nice cuts between groups. By the way, don't forget to hand out some inspiration. For example, Ian is doing some nice RP (e.g not sending in his familiar because it is scared, and just generally his performance with his anxiety in the last couple of episodes). Also love the idea of these guys thinking that they're "officially" pirates xD
