On this episode of Tabletop Escapades, our heroes start exploring a dark and mysterious island. Without getting into any spoilers, the party has never encountered anything quite like this and I'm excited to see if they're up to the challenge. It's a bit different than anything we've done in the past. I hope you enjoy it!

This was an excellent episode, easily one of the best this far! So much interesting happened, and all of you guys seemed to be on the top of your games. Really fun to watch! :) And exciting. Thank you, can't wait for more when things are moving like this.

What an episode! Way to shake things up Ben!

What's funny is that the entire "ZZ is dead" plot is based on the players not remembering that Ben said the attack happened before the guilded dawn was formed, therefore they left town after that happened, and ZZ is more than likely alive. Ha...

I am really hoping for a Brad and Kyle Vs. Huber and Ian.

Anonymous

Well Kyle thought ZZ was alive. But when Ian made his familiar pose as ZZ and then Kyle saw him the fake image of ZZ floating in the Ocean, of course he is certain now that ZZ is dead.

A few episodes back I said I'd binge watch from episode 3 or 4 so I could finally catch up. That day has come, I'll be watching weekly now :) Amazing series everyone. I absolutely love the RP going on, and there have been so many hilarious moments. Looking forward to watching this episode now.

If Huber didn't know his character has a bonus to Charisma then he probably built all his stats wrong. These guys need to finally read those books and learn the rules! It's been like over two years that they have been playing now. :P (Still love you all though, I just don't want you to get shortchanged on anything you could be taking advantage of)

Great episode, but bit, Ben is inconsistent with the value of gold. He's worse than GRRM! One day a house is 300 gold. A night in the Barn is 10 gold (So a month in the barn could buy you a house) The next day, Yoghalla wins 700 Gold at the cat races. A boat trip is 300 gold (although this might be a rip off) But 1500 is enough to buy power and influence? Come on, Ben? Who's your Master of Coin? Littlefinger?

One of the best moment's of the adventure so far: 48:45

Typically I watch this show at home but I was a little busy this week so I decided to listen to it at work... in a small office. I've now been told that I can't listen to this at work anymore, I held the laughing in pretty well until Yogalla showed the nude drawing to Necator. That was the breaking point.

Anonymous

It would be awesome if Law could come back, but I doub't anyone has the power to do that and even if, how would that work since you can't "control" two characters. And something tells me Necator and Yogala are going to be left with only 399 coins of gold. And Allen is defenitely going to die, Martin will probably get away somehow so they later face him again.

One of the best episodes yet, love fantastic RP from the whole gang Ian should get an inspiration point for his panicking. Went back to try watching tabletop adventures and in the beginning nobody really does good RP except Elyse, does it get better?

What I would call the "Golden Age" of TTA would be from Episode 4 or 5 (whenever they get to Phandalin) to Episode 15. It has a lot of great moments throughout, but Ben was right in episode 1 of Escapades when he said that they lost a lot of people at a certain point. It gets better throughout the first "arc" but then kinda goes off the rails a bit. I still love it, but it pales in comparison to Escapades so far, in my opinion. It'd be great to see Elyse come back as a guest for a short side-campaign or something, because she really was the highlight of Adventures and everyone else has stepped up their game for Escapades. Anyway, if you keep watching and can't get into it, at least watch the 3 hour Wizards of the Coast special. It's a rare opportunity to see Ben playing a character instead of DM-ing, and it's great all-round. And Chris Perkins is always stellar, of course.

Is the wizards of the coast special apart of tabletop adventures or a side thing? I would love to see Ben playing a character. Thank you very much for your advice it is very helpful

It's a separate story. A short sample of an official campaign which was newly released at the time. It's marked as Episode 10 of Tabletop Adventures, I believe.
