As far as the "Beyond" where you could be going in BotW 2, this won't happen, but in the original if you kept a close eye on those dragons flying around, they always appeared from / disappeared into portals, and I always wanted to see the world or realm or whatever beyond those portals. Could be really cool if each one had their own realm you could actually follow them back to in BotW 2.
