With their paths seemingly diverging at the end of the season, how far into Season 5 do you think it will be before Johnny and Daniel share a scene again?

How did you feel about the random appearance of Carrie Underwood? At first it felt super random to me, but it made for a great fighting montage. I later learned that she was asked to make an appearance after she became a fan of the series during the pandemic. Learning that really made me embrace the fun of it all!

We're 4 seasons into this absurdly wonderful soap opera of a series but not one major character has died yet as a result of intense karate drama. We know it's inevitable, so who will it be once it finally happens?

Did you appreciate Silver's turn of becoming more and more unstable or did it come off as rushed just to move the plot along? I actually enjoyed his measured approach in the beginning.

Who is in the “right”, Sam or Tori? This season really made me feel for Tori’s struggles. I don’t remember the earlier seasons that well, but didn’t Sam start all the drama? Yes, Tori caused the “Karate war” at school, but Tori was just a girl trying to make ends meet, got a nice bf, but privileged Sam ruined it all. Am I remembering it right? How has your opinions changed over the seasons towards certain characters of the series?

I love cobra kai, it's one of favorites shows in recent and I binged season when it dropped, and this is coming from someone who had not really watched the karate kid movies. I wanted to know who is your favorite character till now in the 4 seasons ? And do you think Miguel's dad is going to be someone from karate kid universe ??

One observation that I had when I was watching season four was that the drama in Cobra Kai is very akin to the drama in professional wrestling. I can even picture Hawk running in with a steel chair during a fight. Can you think of any other show that can channel this level of absurdity while still having a heart of gold and a sense of self awareness?

What are your thoughts of the widening of the ensemble cast? I only ask because I strongly disliked Kenny's character (even though that felt intentional) and the surrounding storyline. For me it just detracted from the character development of the ensemble cast. For instance, where Johnny Lawrence is at the end of season three doesn't feel dramatically different from the end of season four.

Why is this show so good? I've been struggling to explain to my friends what makes it great. I keep listing elements such as a good mix of nostalgia, 80s themes and atmosphere with a good modern heart, a bunch of relatable characters in absurd situations, and Johnny Lawrence. What would be your pitch?

I feel like the majority of the characters are becoming more and more unlikable and the show is starting to drag on. Do you think they should have ended the show this season?

Thoughts on Eli’s overall arc throughout the show? To me, that was the biggest takeaway of the season. I felt that his redemption at the end of S3 was a little too rushed so I’m happy that they made him earn it in Season 4
