Today is a pre-recorded episode because IT’S AMANDA TROOP’S BIRTHDAY! We’re spending the morning visiting a park with her parents, and I gushed about her in today’s editorial. There is so much happening right now on our YouTube page that I had to click “Uploads” to see everything that we’ve posted in the last week. Reactions, impressions, reviews, previews, a Spoiler Mode, and a fantastic developer interview. A great sampling of all the stuff we do, and an example of how this industry is sometimes on fire and other times out completely. I’m happy that we can manage output like this even with someone on vacation and several members buried in editorial deadlines. I’m looking forward to what the rest of this review season has in store.

Happy Birthday, Amanda! ETA: Oh, heya, Jones, What? No, I didn't hear anything. Yeah, no, I'm sure it's nothing. But when Easy Allies sings, is it discussing, fussing, simply dreaming, crowing, or screaming?

Not a question, but I made the hurt me daddy comment last week. I dunno if it came across, but I meant it as a joke as I can't imagine someone actually being upset over something so inconsequential as to where you guys ranked your own bits on a tier list. That said, I feel bad given your answer so I apologize.

Hey Mr. Jones! I saw how half of the Allies, including yourself, decided to watch the DC Fandome for reactions for both Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, but I’m surprised you all didn’t do a reaction for The Batman (which, I saw your tweet and 100% concur with you: YES.). Was this because it being a movie trailer and not a game trailer (pun not intended) that it may have been riskier for the channel to have, or because of how the Fandome was structured, it wasn’t worth waiting around on stream for it to appear? Seeing the panel assembled, I’m sure (but please correct me if this inaccurate) all present are HUGE Batman fans, so I felt this would have been a reaction that could have done great numbers. And if I may be so bold to ask a follow-up, since there ISN’T a reaction and only a tweet, would you be willing to share your more in-depth thoughts about both the trailer itself and the movie in general? Personally speaking, because I’m not really a movie person, the two trailers about this movie have me excited to watch a film for the first time in YEARS, and because you’re a big Batman fan, I would love to hear your commentary. Thanks for reading as always and have a wonderful rest of your day! Cheers! P.S. A wonderful Happy Birthday to Miss Troop! QUESTION: With the reactions for both Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad, I’m surprised EZA didn’t do one for the Batman. Is this because it’s a movie trailer and it being riskier to have on the channel for it not being a game trailer (pun not intended), or because of how the Fandome was structured, was it not worth waiting around for it? And because there ISN’T a reaction from EZA, would you be willing to share your thoughts about both this particular trailer and your general anticipation and/or excitement for the movie itself?

Happy birthday Amanda!! 🎉 Hello Jones, Not really sure if this an appropriate question for Cup, but I am curious: Do you or any of the other allies see the company getting to a point in the future where you would be hiring more production staff? I could understand that relying on Patreon could complicate things, but it’d be interesting to hear your thoughts looking toward the future! Love & Respect!

Wow really surprised Jones didn't know the "hurt me daddy" is a porn/sex thing. Figured that was why it made him uncomfortable. Don't know anyone who would think it had anything to do with hurting kids.

Howdy Jones, Would it be possible to have an archive of what has been done for the Tier Maker streams? I love contributing to them when it comes around, but as time has gone on it’s gotten more difficult to remember what has been done and what hasn’t. I would hate for anyone to suggest a topic that has already been posted and waste their opportunity to contribute. It’s something I’ve found extremely admirable about the Soundtrack Club in that Blood has kept a Google Docs spreadsheet with every suggestion taken or otherwise. I recognize that this is probably a lot of work for this particular stream, but just having a running tally of what has been done per Tier Maker stream could go a long way as time goes on for those contributing. Love ya, Brian from Happy Gaming

Hey Jones! Happy belated birthday to Amanda! Anyway, I have a question/suggestion which I hope you'll consider. So today you guys uploaded Ben's hands-on preview of Shin Megami Tensei V, which was in a different format from your usual Q&A format where one Ally has played the game and the other asks questions about it. So first of all, I really like this new format where each Ally edits and narrates their own preview. I actually think it fits more with what people associate with previews in general. Because of that, it will probably do better on Youtube as well. Still, I like the coziness and interactions of the Q&A style previews too. So, assuming you'll guys keep both types of format, would it be an idea to label both of these differently? I'd suggest that this new format by Ben should be called Previews as is, while the Q&A could do with a different name. Maybe just call them...well, perhaps just Q&A? Or Preview Q&A? Something to that effect. Looking forward to your response! All the best!

No apologies, necessary. It's all about context, and with the jobs that we have the jokes come at us from all directions. Whatever brings people joy. :) - Jones
