Hey Allies! What are your "First E3" stories? I'd love to hear what it was like stepping on to the floor for the first time. Thanks! Ian Savino (sah-vee-noe)

I was just wondering; what's everyone's favorite G1 Transformer ?

Just played through the entire Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, and It's not a puzzle game. I'd describe it more as a puzzly puzzle puzzler puzzle. Puzzle.

Huber! I agree on wesker, him and revolver ocelot are the best villain of all time!! And definitely in the top 10 of best videogame characters of all time imo!!!

*Backseat Bosman emoji* One flaw in the argument against Captain Toad being an adventure game is that people are using definitions of a puzzle game to show that it's *not* an adventure game when you really need to look at the definition of an adventure game and construct an argument about what's *missing* from Captain Toad that precludes it from being defined that way. Certainly Captain Toad fits some definitions of a puzzle game, but adventure games include puzzle elements so that's not surprising. From the authority on video games, wikipedia, an adventure game includes the following elements: puzzle solving or problem solving (clearly in CT), narrative or interactive story (Wingo ruined shit, gotta fight Wingo), exploration (looking for coins, stars in the environments), player assumes the role of a character/hero (yup), and collection or manipulation of objects (collect coins, pick turnips, throw at enemies). From this (extensive) research Captain Toad certainly seems to fit the definition of an adventure game. *dusts off hands*

Ultimate Duck Hunting GT Review

Brandon K Gann

Hey everybody. Once again I wanted to say thanks for posting the Q&A. On the subject of audience size and close knit community, its one of the things I enjoy most about Easy Allies. Except when Mr. Bosman, Mr. Hinck, or Mr. Damiani start to troll, this community is really positive and I really enjoy that. On a more personal note, I can't properly articulate what it feels like when Mr. Jones takes a question for Cup of Jones or when Mr. Moore or Mr. Blooworth respond to a question via Twitter or when I tried to help during a group stream by providing advice while the Allies played the Gears 4 beta and on three separate occasions my comments were taken. By taking the time to respond in any fashion, something as small as liking a tweet, really makes me feel like I am a part of a group that cares enough and values my input, no matter how small. This alone makes me continue to submit questions to both podcasts and Cup of Jones and leave comments where I think you will read them. I never expect a response so its cool if all of my future input isn't acknowledged. Even this comment I don't really expect anything to come from but the hope that it gets read. Which is why just saying Thank You when you take the time to recognize my input seems like its not enough and I'm proud to be a Patreon supporter for you all. Stay Easy fellow Allies.
