Hello patrons! This week on Tabletop Escapades, things get crazy! The group meets new characters, cat shenanigans ensue, and a plot of deceit forms. It was a lot of fun shooting the episode (we laughed the entire time). As always, if you have any feedback, please feel free to leave it below.

Now that's how you start a show! Good job Sophie!

Anonymous

Maybe you could move the camera up a little bit and zoom in. Now we can't really see Kyle's face at all. I think the camera placement was way better in previous sessions... L&R.

Anonymous

8 minutes in and I can't stop laughing while at work!!!

Anonymous

hahaha what the hell sophie? someone get that on gif!

Adam Mullany

Any chance of Sophie joining the escapades as a Game of Thrones-style Direwolf character?

Anonymous

That was awesome, Sophie!

Anonymous

Great episode!

Anonymous

Best episode yet! :D

Anonymous

I don't think I've ever laughed so much during an episode! Huber! Mad improv skills! I think this is your best since Bowser's origin story, lol.

Anonymous

such an amazing episode!

Anonymous

Sophy acting crazy at the start of the episode was foreshadowing

Anonymous

AWESOME. So funny, well done!

Anonymous

plenty LOL moments.

Anonymous

Silliest Episode so far. Its like the It's Always Sunny of DnD

Anonymous

Dear Lord, this is good! And it just keeps getting better all the time. Especially Law was on fire with so much randomness, but then that ending too. I love Wednesdays because of this. :)

Sorry if this has been asked before and I just missed it but 2 things: 1.Is there a place where all the Lore Corners are archived together? As the Creator Posts increase navigating to them is getting more and more cumbersome. Or am I just being stupid and not seeing the filter option. 2. I was wondering if there is a place where I can look at the character sheets and figure out what skills the party currently has. It would help me following along better. Thanks as always for the cool content! Greetings Dave[Sorry for bad formatting seems to be broken for me right now] EDIT: Ben answered these on stream. For others interested both will be addressed once the site launches, which is probably going to be soon.

Good God! What an episode! Rarely have I've been laughing so much while watching something. Pepe, the mischiefmaker! That's brilliant!

Anonymous

These last two episodes have been so good I can't stop laughing

Joseph Caruso

This episode will go down in GT and EZA history! Pure gold.

Anonymous

Oh my, something tells me they're all gonna end up locked away or ripping each other to shreds haha

Anonymous

The party is a terrible influence on Moof.

Anonymous

Damn you, Pepe the Mischief Maker!

Anonymous

Love it! Wonderful episode, so many funny things happen. Michael Huber is a GOD!

Anonymous

Sophie - acrobatic check failed)))))

Alex

Lol, fucking Moof!

I honestly laughed so much during this episode I could not breathe at some points. Without a doubt the best episode untill now. I also expect that the group will encounter "Pepe The Mischiefmaker" during their travels. I would not be surprised if he could be a leader of the Nightingales or even The Gilded Dawn. Just image him sitting at his desk looking at nude drawings of Law while holding a grey cat with blue eyes that he found roaming on the streets...waiting for the moment he will see Law again, while mumbling to himself "next time I will win that arm wrestling contest for sure." PS: Maybe it's just me, as a European (Belgium) but I am having trouble sometimes understanding measurements explained here and there like "inches and foot and feet" and what not. If possible just say tall or short or very tall or whatever. But I still understand because of the body language they use so that's that.

Here's a link to a reddit page that has links to the Lore Corner posts https://www.reddit.com/r/UneasyAlliance/wiki/benslorecorner

Sorry if this isn't the right place to put this but you guys are my first Patreon to support! Love your shows and the group. Question is for Ben and/or the Tabletop Escapades group. Do you have any advice for a group of D&D newbies? I remember my dad telling me stories of him playing Version 1 back in the day and I've loved D&D video games ever since Baldur's Gate. However, while I have the Version 5 starter pack, I've never actually played tabletop D&D. I want to start a group, with myself being DM, but my friends that are interested haven't played either. TLDR, Group of D&D newbies being DMed by a tabletop newbie, any advice? -John R.

I can't even right now...what an episode

Anonymous

I can give you some advice as a new player, and as a DM. You will definitely have an idea of how the game runs from TTE but they are many other series on YouTube that you can watch to see how the game flows. As a DM the start campaign is laid out for you in the pack, don't be afraid to move away from that if you feel inclined. Don't be afraid to say yes if players want to try something that makes sense even if it will be extremely difficult for them to pull off. Don't over prepare for a session there is only so much you can be ready for, players will do what they want and not what you feel is obvious. Share the spotlight for your players and ensure everyone is engaged. Ask everyone what they are doing and ensure you move between characters regularly so no one player takes over. The most important thing really is to have fun. A few YouTube channels to look at are Dawnforged, Fistful of dice, Table Top Gaming and the Wizards of the coast channel. They all explain rules, character creation, dm advice aswell as stream games. Hope this helps

good lord, this episode. Exquisite!

Sophie FTW!

David Kenyon

I like how Tabletop Escapades started out with Ben being super serious and wanting to weave a dark story full of mystery and consequence. Then a handful of episodes in and it turns into this cat episode. I love it.

Anonymous

I'm glad they've done away with the hardcore D&D way of doing things. It just moved too slow and it didn't really allow for the humor of the Allies to creep in. I even stopped watching after a while, but this episode certainly brought me back. Huber is a comedic genius. He and Bosman should really work on some fiction show together or something.. That said, all the Allies were on top form this week, people say the previous one was also a lot of fun, so I'm checking that out, prequel style.

YOGALLA HOW COULD YOU

Anonymous

Ben, I take my hat off to you! Your job DMing is really hard and I'm really impressed about how well you handled the whole thing. I hope someday I could do it as well as you did. Also, YOGALLA HOW DARE YOU. I'm picking sides now!

Anonymous

excellent episode!! probably one of my favorites so far!!!

Anonymous

From Tabletop to Escapades, Ben and Crew still got it.

Anonymous

Amazing episode, I laughed from start to end!

Anonymous

With every episode Kyle improves his comedic timing and delivery. Great character, way better than Andry. Deapan "I let him fall" was perfect.

Anonymous

Best episode, you are all so goddamn funny!

Anonymous

I laughed so hard on this episode! Law the nude! Loved it ;D

Anonymous

I laughed so hard during this episode, i had to stop working for a couple of minutes. My co-workers looked at me as if i was crazy. Great episode, you guys keep getting better each week ! Can't wait to see what's going to happen next week

Anonymous

50 years ago Law was both framed for the murder of Prince Ragnar, and had muddy nudes spread of him by Pepe the Mischief Maker.....Coincidence?! I think not!

Anonymous

Ben can you do more Ben's Lore Corner? More stuff about being a DM please!

Anonymous

Law was outstanding in this episode, love all the RP going on and all the crazy shenanigans your characters get up to. Flying Sophie at the start was amazing, I wonder if she'll be able to make it on to the table in the future?

Leif

My face hurts ! XD

Anonymous

It is such a pleasure to watch this. Keep up the great times!

Anonymous

Great episode keep it up!

Anonymous

Can i buy or download the title-music anywhere?

Anonymous

Ben, your ability to roll with the group and produce logical consequences for their hijinks is legendary.

Gan Khef

My personal theory I've got cooked up: Jeremiah, having failed to locate any trace of Spevince, helped kill the Prince and framed Law to get back at Emperor Dread for choosing to induct Florence into his monastery (which may or may not have some back door shady deals with The Order of Light). Deep cut.

Anonymous

Watching this was as hard as I have laughed in a long time. The best episode yet of a really fun show. Keep up the good work guys.

Anonymous

Very good! I'm following from Brazil!

Anonymous

One word. Awesome!

Anonymous

I never liked "tabletop adventures" at GT and i did not like "escapades" until last week. I think this is mainly my own fault because when i tried to watch it i always started at some random episode in the middle of the adventures. Naturally i did not know what the hell was going on and just dismissed the show, thinking it was not my cup of tea. Last week i finally had the epiphany to start "escapades" at Episode 1. Once i started i couldn't stop and binge watched all existing 10 Episodes. It is in equal parts funny and dramatic and now i really can't wait to see what happens next. This is now maybe my favourite EZA show. Love Ben as the Host, i love the characters you guys created and that everybody is really committed to seriously roleplaying, making stupid decision when there character propably really would do something stupid in that situation :-). Keep it up. Love And Respect from germany!
