Note About Friend Code Episode 81 (Patreon)

Normally you would get an episode of Friend Code this week, but I have not had time to finish Future Connected just yet. I plan to finish it this Saturday, which means recording for the Xenoblade Chronicles/Future of Monolith Soft episode will take place next week. I do not want to jump into the discussion without finishing it as spoilers for all Xeno related games will be on the table as we dive into what we think works/doesn't work in the series and what we'd like to see from future projects. I don't anticipate this affecting the timing of any future episodes, so you can expect episode 82 on schedule the week of August 2. Barring any major Nintendo news, that episode will be about Paper Mario: The Origami King and the recent statement from producer Kensuke Tanabe regarding the rules for the series going forward.
