Wish F1 games would stop the yearly incremental improvements, take a few years out and bring us a game that'll completely overhaul the F1 experience. What about an F1 game where we can play as many of the classic machines from the motorsport's past as we want or play on any race track from the past that we want to? The classic car selections are minuscule every year and although they're nice additions, their inclusion is merely superfluous.

what you're asking for is not a game, its just content. F1 2020 is great because it has a direction : become the F1 champion, in the 2020 season, in your favorite racing team or a new one you're buildin. Now games like Forza exists, where you can play "whatever you want however your want", but it has no sense of progression, no sense of being part of a journey to me, it's all "content" with no meaningful goal. Also F1 2020 has the biggest upgrade in terms of career mode the franchise has ever had, it's frankly amazingly well done for a new mode. Building that mode, updating stats, making the 2 new tracks of the 2020 season, all of that takes time. It's not a game about easy fun and "all you can eat" buffet, it's a game about the F1 season, and learning the races, knowing your car better. In that way its way closer to the F1 Spirit than a F1 Motorsport thing you're askin for. And I even think they couldn't pay for the licences of cars, tracks, and all that without making one a year.

Cheers Blood for this. Didn't expect this, but glad it's here. Being an F1 and EZA fan is a small crossover. Have you caught up with the actual current season of F1? It's been fantastic so far.

Being a huge F1 fan (and auto racing in general) it is nice that someone at EZA takes the time to explore the racing genre. Keep up the good work Blood!
