Oh my PTs & TSs seemed brutal for Jones. Loved it though 😊

Not really a correction, and I’m not saying I like Facebook gaming, but their streaming platform has been growing a lot recently, they’ve signed ZeRo exclusively and he gets a good amount of views and another streamer I watch Agent 00 has an exclusive contract there and he gets a good amount of views. Edit: GamingWithRitz has a good comment with statistics about it in the YouTube comments.

Any one else having trouble with the podcast showing up in their rss feed?

Can you make the Patreon version ad-free except for Manscaped ads? Maybe played at the very end?

I liked the New Game Expo a lot it had more games I was interested in then any of the other conferences. I’m thinking maybe the games just didn’t speak to you Blood but calling most of the games cookie cutter was a bit disrespectful.

Point of feedback for Jones moving forward: you should really be more strict when curating the list of games to be mentioned during Pop Tarts/Strudels and long event rundowns like this. There's no need to list out junk like Hunting Simulator 2, which obviously no one is going to have any thoughts on, or every no-name indie platformer or kart racer. If somebody is passionate about an upcoming game and has something to say about it, they'll let you know if you skip over it. Just a lot of dead air and "....okay moving on" during these segments, and the panel seemed pretty disengaged.

Hey, Regarding Angry Joe, you should do more research on this. The accusations against him are clearly fales. As I would hate to see you help tarnishing his reputation, the reputation of someone who's innocent. If you don't believe me, just check the accusations themselves and his statement. As someone who's been following you since 05', I hope you will follow up on this. As it's important to divide the actual accusers from the false ones, as this doesn't help the women and men who wants to tell their real stories of abuse and harassments and be believed when they actually do step forth with their stories. I know you mostly just read up from other articles and such, but you do have responsibility for the news you talk and mention on your podcast. I hope you can adress this at least to some extent in your next podcast, as someone who have personally faced threats from work environment and been bullied to the point of quitting my job in construction, I really despise and hate it when people use these important movements to falsely accuse others or who can't separate a serious incident with something that can be summed up as nothing more than a "bad experience" with someone in the industry. It's extremely important that these two different factors are separatetd so to avoid devaluing the importance of the serious ones.

Really great podcast. I'm glad gaming gladiators is coming to an end. It was fun, but the allies don't seem overly high energy about it and tend to pick one slam dunk victory over the other instead of hashing it out. Looking forward to the new segment! Also feel free to rename poptarts and toaster strudels. lol I know it may seem like sacrilege, but while the concept is terrific the name seems to cause perpetual confusion. All in all very solid. I think the very well informed Jones era is so nice. You cover things I don't even expect you to and it's always surprising!

I generally would let this slide but given that I saw you reply to the official EZA Twitter with this same comment and given how important these issues are, it feels wrong to let it slide. You are gaslighting the Allies with this comment and while I don't want to be argumentative, this is too important to ignore. The accusations are not "clearly false." Just because Joe said he didn't do it doesn't mean they are "clearly false." His accuser is absolutely credible due to the amount of information she came forward with. And the problem I have with your comment is that it does not come from an honest place. It does not come from a place of "Love & Respect." When I saw your reply to the EZA Twitter, I visited your profile because I think it's important to see where a person is coming from with their opinion. There is a very obvious pattern with your "opinions." You tweeted that Joe's accuser is "fucked in the head." You have tweets where you complain about the "identity politics" of The Last of Us 2. You called Ben immature because he was rightfully angry and expressed his frustration over the toxic comments directed toward the game. You harassed one of the developers of the game multiple times. You have a number of tweets where you go after other women who have come out with their stories. And when someone rudely replied to Alanah Pearce's tweet where she announces she is pansexual with, "No one asked or cared," and other people rightfully took issue with it, you defended that homophobic tweet as an "opinion." And through all of that, you used the "Love & Respect" phrase multiple times. This reply is not meant to attack you. But I would suggest taking a step back and reflecting on how you treat others. Believe women. Don't harass developers on Twitter. Don't defend homophobic comments. That isn't "Love & Respect." It is the literal opposite.

I totally get you here. I personally don't mind mentioning a couple of really weird 'out-there' videogames that no one has ever heard of to, but perhaps there were a couple too many this time.
