100% agree with Damiani that we want you guys to do what YOU want. At the same time we want you to take those risks and not feel beholden to stream just because or keep doing a certain show just because. I’d personally love to see you guys take that leap of faith and try more scripted stuff that you want to do or do more produced things. Would love to see you take those creative risks that YOU want to rather than feel like “oh they want us to stream non stop so we should stay the course.” Do what makes you guys happy.

Oh my god... that HOTAKE really kinda shook me up. I'm here for your personalities. I just like you doods and want you to do whatever it is you want because I enjoy you doin' yer thing. Congratulations on 100 episodes, Ben! And thank you for that really interesting Hottake. I agree with everyone who has said that we're here because we like you all and want you to make content that you're passionate about. But also, based on what I saw in your decision making around Phase 4, I don't think you all are the types to allow yourselves to fall into a comfortable rut anyway.

Why did you discuss the exact same email as in the last frame trap episode? You even brought up the same discord argument again. It was nice to hear damiani's and kyle's take on this though

Loved the EZA talk and going deep with it, and as long as the content your creating is quality, you will always keep the community happy! A suggestion, however hairy it might be in execution, is letting the community do more of the heavy lifting in production. Open up spots for interns to find game B roll, write top 10s, do interviews, edit shows etc. There are a lot of people wanting to get a foot in the door into the industry that would give such an oppertunity his or her all, even though there is no natural growth within the company atm. Just contributing to the community and ending up recieving a referance and a body of proffesional work to show to is a great payoff in itself. Personally, I would love to have done research and writing on a new retrospective, but that is really what you need. It seems you need to free up time to persue your own creative ambitions, and find good and willing people to help you carry some of the more "dotting the lines" work at EZA.

That hottake was great. You know you could do another Patron survey to help Damiami figure out EZA direction. I felt the first survey missed an opportunity. You can list each of your shows streams and podcasts and have us rate them 1-5 to figure out if there is anything you could drop to free up time for more scripted stuff.

It is unfortunately a common patreon problem, tho one way to fix it is to do this and reply to your own post. This has worked 100% to make sure my posts dont get deleted. Silly I know, but not the allies fault imo.
