Correction! Ryuji is the Yosuke of Persona 5, not the Kanji - the main character's first real friend and spends a lot of the game essentially saying the things the main character would say if they were allowed more than a couple of words at a time.

MVP isn’t and shouldn’t mean bad. The problem is when a project management team either underestimates the MVP and doesn’t provide a suitable solution, or packs in more functionality than can reasonably developed within the allotted timeframe, meaning the design is half implemented. Both lead to a sub par product. An MVP is generally a good thing. It gets a functioning product in the hands of the end user sooner rather than later, which means you can get properly useful feedback at the soonest possible opportunity.
