Early Access RSS Troubleshooting (Patreon)

Hi everyone,

Over the past week or so, we've been getting reports from various patrons about the audio RSS feeds not updating with the latest early access podcasts. We're not sure why this link has broken for some and not others, but if this has happened to you, please follow these steps.

1. Sign in to  https://www.patreon.com/EasyAllies on a browser, not the Patreon app.
2. Go to the overview tab and look for your personalized RSS link on the right. (pictured above)
3. Copy that link and paste it into the appropriate section of your podcast app or software (this process can vary per app)
4. Be patient and give the feed a little time to fully update.

For most people this should solve the problem and get your podcast back to normal.

Remember that this link is personalized to your account and shouldn't be shared. If you are still experiencing issues, first be sure to check that your payment is up to date as lapsed pledges could cause you to lose access. If that's all in order, you can then go to   https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us  and click on "Send us a Note" to get help from Patreon's service team.
