I'm SOOOO EXCITED!!!!! Also with the Monkey fight, I liked that it was a pause in the BREAK neck action that I was experiencing and, that environment they were set in was incredible.

Time for me to git gud!

I have to leave another comment because I'm more than halfway through this video and words can't describe how much I'm loving listening to you guys talk about this wonderful game.

This spoiler mode was bland to me. Some frame trap segments are more detailed and satisfying than most of the spoiler modes. I think this show need more work.. also this late I was expecting a deeper dive into the theories about the story, world and lore.

Nice, let’s go! I beat the game one time. Was my fist ever from software game that I bought on day one. Such a great ride.

I was hoping that Ian would be on this spoiler mode, I would love to hear his thoughts about it all.

I wish Ian and Damiani were able to participate in the discussion, since they played Sekiro as well. Either way, I was eagerly awaiting this Spoiler Mode. Thanks! L & R

I was surprised you guys didn't touch on the whole Tengu of Ashina thing. I really liked that little reveal and it made me love the character more.

Love it! Wish you all talked about the Interior Ministry ninjas. So much mystery. DLC?

On the difficulty subject. Yes, the game is hard, but its more UNCOMPROMISING than hard. If you think of it like Mario and jumping. You cannot win Mario without learning the jump mechanic, there's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. The same can be said about Sekiro. You have to bend to its mechanics, you can't play through the game half-assing anything. You have to take what it offers and master it. That's why most people after Lady Butterfly kind of speed through the game and only have trouble on the bosses, its that 'click' moment where they finally begin to get comfortable with parrying.

So far as where they're going in the end. They're going to the home of the Dragon. After some research I've discovered that that location is probably Korea. The Divine Dragon, while generally an Asian Design, has 4 fingers. Chinese have 5 and Japanese 3. However Korean Dragons have 4. Just my two cents though

Damiani hasn't finished the game yet, not sure about Ian but he's out of town for awhile.

I haven't finished the game yet, so avoiding watching this for now or reading comments. I'm at Genichiro. I beat Lady Butterfly in 2 tries and every other boss in like 10+ tries. I feel like the game is trying to do for parrying what Bloodborne did for dodging to the Souls combat. But whether it's actually true or not, it gives me a feeling like I'm missing deflects because of input lag. Most TVs today still have somewhat bad lag compared to CRT TVs, and mine is certainly less than ideal as I found out. It's never really an issue except for Cuphead and this game. Parrying is really hard to get exactly right. Like I said, it might be me just not doing it right, but when something is so reliant on precision timing I can't help but worry that it's just a sub-optimal setup, and that just makes me twice as frustrated as I have been with any other Sekiroulsborne game. And with every boss in Demon's/Dark Souls/Bloodborne I feel like if I had to fight them again I could manage pretty well. But in Sekiro I feel like I just barely scraped by out of luck and if I had to do it again I wouldn't be any better.

I had the same problem, but then i switched my TV to gaming mode and parrying became way, way easier. I think i lost some image quality, but it reduced input lag so much, I don't even care

I wanna play the game as Itachi, change the flame vent color to black flames and buff the shurikens! Bingo. Loved your convo guys, I wish you dug into the lore a little bit more, but I still really enjoyed it. I'm over here chomping at the bit for a Vaati Vidya lore video! Gotta be patient the guys a new father but man I wanna listen to someone dig into some theories! I'm really curious about Ian's feelings on the game.. not being able to create his character and his overall feelings on it, maybe you guys could do a part 2 with Damiani, Ian and Brandon.. just a thought. Anyway, loved it, love you guys and really love the game. I've put 166 hours into it on Steam, getting all the achievements and doing challenge/speed runs for fun. I just finished NG+ 5 with no Kuro Charm and man it was like a whole new game, talk about having to master deflects, I've never felt better finishing off a playthrough of a game! L&R
