Excellent discussion. Love hearing you guys thoughts on GoT, I'm so hyped for S8, that I've rewatched S7 three times in the last month, and I'm halfway through a final watchthrough that should finish in time for the new season :) . Especially like the discussion about best/worst/favourite adaptations. But I think we need an extended discussion on adaptations we'd like to see, so thought I'd start a thread to see if we can get some thoughts. For me I'd love a proper GoT style series adaptation based in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, starting with the great crusade, and working through the horus heresy and beyond. Having read the majority of the horus heresy novels, there's more than enough mind blowing material to make something awesome, and given what can be done with sfx, and how brutal/gory TV shows are allowed to get these days, a great adaptation would be possible. Deciding where to end it may be an issue, but if it was done well it could go on forever (like the walking dead seems to be trying to do). Any of you guys got ideas for adaptations you'd love to see?

There's one big adaptation that in my humble opinion improves the story. The Crow is arguably one of the best comic book movies ever made.
