Game of thrones is coming back this month for its final season, So this month Huber and Jones will talk about the series.  The discussion will be more about the craft and filmmaking of the show than story stuff.  That said, there will probably be spoilers, but they'll try to keep them to a minimum.

DO NOT WRITE SPOILERS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW!

How has the adaptation process been for GoT?  Would you say it is a successful adaptation?

What makes an adaptation good or bad?

What sorts of challenges does an adaptation face?

Does Game of Thrones have a formula?

What was your favorite episode? (You can just say like S5E4 and then the title)

Which episodes had exemplary direction?

Which sequences were especially well shot?

How effective do you feel the performances are in this show?

What are other great adaptations?

What are some bad adaptations?

I'll be out of town again this month, so Huber and Jones are going to handle the discussion.

Thanks!

Ian
