Kyle no. Mega Evolution was never supposed to originally be universal. It was supposed to be a signature thing that was only common to the Kalos Region due to very specific past events of that region that the story of the X and Y games went into about how the Mega Stones necessary to achieve this came into existence only in Kalos, but Mega Evolution became so popular that they then shoehorned it into the Hoenn Region during the remakes of those games by completely throwing out Pokemon's previous existing timeline and just saying "Screw it, now there's a multiverse in Pokemon!"

I’m kinda confused now cuz by their logic do crash/Spyro not qualify as remakes? Are they just graphical remakes ? It’s probably just the age old debate that will never truly be answered.

I was happy Melee got cut. It’s time for the players to move onto the new game and open a slot for another new franchise to get a time to shine.

As a Dead or Alive fan, I think the biggest sin of the DLC packs is that most packs only consist of two or three costumes that have been copied and pasted over all the female characters with a $20+ price tag. I'm with Ben in that I have truly believed in the franchise for some time. Had Team Ninja stuck with the newly "respectable" message they were chasing and introduced some kind of new "Battle Pass" type subscription service, especially one that interacted with their f2p Core Fighters model, I think you the game could have been highly successful. With their stupid Evo Japan gaffe and the $92 season pass the game has once again been reduced to shitty meme status. It's unfortunate because the game is a lot of fun and I would have fucking died seeing it on the EVO main stage this year.

You know what? Kyle, I know people are going to hate on you for what you’ve said about Pokémon, but I totally agree with you, man. Thanks for saying everything in my head. People ask, “why try and do more when you can do less and make the same amount of money every time?” Because of art. Because you want to wow people and leave an impact. Because you want to challenge yourself. Video games are art. I love Pokémon and like you guys I’m still going to play these games... like Ben said, it is a struggle with your inner child and adult selves. I just want Pokémon to seriously challenge itself. I want to see that controllable third person camera. I want to see the environment design turned up to 11. I want to see Pokémon inhabiting the world naturally like you think they would in their habitats. It doesn’t have to have nonsense like real time battles or something. Forget that. There are ways to have Pokémon challenge itself and evolve without having to completely change what people love about it.

Just as a heads up, Crash had mechanical changes with how his hitbox works. As with Spyro, that had character changes so I'm willing to say that's enough to count, but is definitely debatable

KYLE! STARBUCKS! Yes! Hey Kyle 2 updates.. Unless that was a bit. 1 - Starbucks has changed their covers, they no longer leak. As a decade long victim of leaking starbucks, they are finally gone! Get that full cup and see what happens. 2 - In case you were not aware. Starbucks has FREE refills. Like forever! Get as many refills as you want. (Only on certain drinks for any $10 drink lovers.) I usually go to SB in the morning, grab a cup, relax for a bit, grab another cup (FOR FREE) and then work for a little. I then grab a 3rd cup.... FREE!!! and then walk to my office. DISCLAIMER - Each starbucks location is different. Some want $0.25 for a refill, some just want you to use a gift card or Starbucks Gold card. It changes. Just ask when you go in. I’m on mobile so posting this comment is going to look like a hilarious block of never ending text! Awesome episode as always y’all. Just wanted to chime in on the DOA discussion - I think Ian is correct in saying that the optics are terrible, and the Team Ninja marketing wasn’t the best just dropping a $92 Season Pass. The thing is the way I see the initial $60 package = as this game goes free to play later this month, you’re essentially paying for a full roster unlock in addition to story and training modes. The fact that you’ll be able to buy costumes individually ($2/$3 a pop from DOA5) means that you can pick and choose as to how much you want to invest. Character DLC was anywhere from $6-$8 depending on how many costumes were included initially. If you care about playing DOA, and you don’t want to buy the game upfront, purchasing a character and whatever costumes you like is always a viable option. For 100+ costumes and 2 characters, that puts outfits at about $1 and some change which honestly isn’t terrible. I think they should’ve launched like the Core fighters from DOA5 LR - $60 with individual options to buy costumes, or a $5 individual character unlock. I think they said they’ll be launching that soon, and hopefully online lobbies by the end of March. I think this game survives on people supporting what they want from it - whether it be new characters or fan service costumes, adding new content and giving players the option of what/how much they want to purchase is always a good thing.

I know here there are no corrections but... Murder is not a sin. Sins are the feelings associated with the actions and not the actions themselves. So it´s Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride. For instance, you can commit murder because of one or a combination of these sins.
