2ND EDIT: After seeing the feedback, the next episode will cover the Direct in depth rather than focus on the Link's Awakening announcement. I will try to cover that in a separate thing at a later date. I will make a new post asking for Q&A submissions for the episode, but will also leave this up in case you want to save these questions for later.

ORIGINAL EDIT: Please hold on questions and see the Patreon post above this to share your thoughts on what the next episode should focus on.

On this week's episode, Bloodworth and Bosman will sit down with me to have a discussion about the recent Link's Awakening remake announcement. The reactions appear to be somewhat split, so we will dive into various topics about the remake ranging from the visual style to how much we expect them to change the core game. To be more specific, the following topics should be addressed:

- What do we think about the aesthetic choice for the in-game visuals
-  Do we think the opening animation will appear in-game or was created solely for marketing purposes
- What we think about the re-arranged overworld theme and the vocal rendition of the Ballad of the Windfish teased at the end (which some claim is the same rendition heard in Hyrule Warriors and thus might not be used in the final game)
- What impact will the removal of screen scrolling in favor of a seamless overworld have
- Will the game be closer to a 1:1 recreation, or will it take liberties
- What, if anything, do we want or expect to be changed up (new dungeons? new overworld areas? do they dare try to touch the ending?)
- Will any potential changes also extend into new cameos (i.e., could Undertale's San and Papyrus appear as the skeleton brothers in this game's version of the color dungeon)
- Will the game stick to a similar button configuration as the original, or take full advantage of the Switch's control layout
- What involvement, if any, will any of the key original team members have (i.e., Kazuaki Morita, Yoshiaki Koizumi, Takashi Tezuka, and Kensuke Tanabe)
- FINAL BETS: Will you be able to steal from the shopkeeper? Will you then be permanently renamed as "THIEF"? Will entering "ZELDA" as your filename trigger a hidden song to play? Will the Ultra/N64 dialogue reference still be present?  Will Totaka's song still be present?

However, it's quite possible you all have burning questions you want us to answer that I might have missed out on, so please submit your questions relate to the Link's Awakening remake!

L&R,

- Damiani
