Why would you mention the Opera song? It adds nothing to the context of the review and ruins the experience of discovering it for myself. Really disappointed you let that slip in.

I was actually pretty skeptical about this game, but now I'm quite interested in it. But....sadly the next 2 months are jam packed with WAY too many games and I just got 3 games today and then 2 more tomorrow, so I think it's gonna be awhile before I pick it up. Thanks for the review though! It's so far been the most insightful review I've seen for the game (Of the 3 I've seen). And has grabbed my attention in a way that's likely to get me to play this game.

I love fire emblem but its success is kind of bad for advance wars which I love more. Seems like Nintendo doesn't care about letting both thrive

I am not overly familiar with the rabbids series, but I have always enjoyed the Mario series; and I adore XCOM... So yeah, Mario plus XCOM gameplay, with bizarre, non sensical rabbits thrown in- Sure! Sign me up.
