Glad to hear more thoughts on FFXV. Would love a Spoiler Mode for it once Kyle is done. I agree that Kingsglaive wasn't necessary but Brotherhood really added context to the core group for me that made small parts of the game even important. (Like a recipe)

I find FFXII a direct analog for Star Wars when it comes to the characters you like. Balthier is Han, Fran is Chewy. Ashe is Luke, Basch is Leia. Vaan is C3P0 and Penelo is R2D2. On the subject of remakes I find that easy. Give the Ducktales REmake style treatment for a better flowing, better looking version of the original, with some archaic elements replaced with modern methods like saving. Then for option number 2 the vast majority of games go third person like Mario went from side-scroller to 3D. Imagine 3rd person Metroid. The original levels snaking side to side and up and down. Enemies attacking you from all directions and the character of the protagonist retained in importance, revealing themselves through every animation.

pertaining to the hotake, I love Zelda, I love Zelda as much as any of the Allies (except Damiani) I have played every single game with the word "Zelda" in it, and nearly all of them (not the 3do ones) That being said: I have no interest in getting the Twilight Princess remaster. I have it for the Wii and I can pop that disk into my WiiU. So Ben, I don't feel like I'm 'less' a fan of Zelda because i didn't feel the need to replay Twilight Princess.

I was listening to this episode while grinding through some Mementos in Persona 5. The combination of the two manifested in my dreams where I was a Phantom Thief and Ben Moore was my target. Ben had been spreading racist remarks through an alias on Twitter. Ben Moore; consider this your calling card!

I would like FFXV more if the combat was removed and if it wasn't the typical main character has some unique super ability (warp and such). Having abilities like his makes the other 3 feel nearly worthless.
