Hayley at Amboy (Preview) (Patreon)

Being from Toronto, Hayley had never been to the desert in California and wanted to see Joshua Tree while she was visiting in October.  My buddy Moss Von Faustenberg agreed to take her out to shoot and invited me and another model/shooter friend of his to come along.  A rare storm was just passing through the desert which made for dramatic skies and also flooded out roads.  The flooding was so bad that the highway was closed off right around the road the drives into the park, so after making the trek out there we found it kind of too hectic to get into the National Park so we just kept going, going, going deeper into the Mojave Desert, enticed by the surreal landscape and skies, looking for just the right spots to shoot something with Hayley.
