The Elite Eight are chosen.

If Day 13 lacked for action, Day 14 more then made up for it. Two of the four races were decided by slim margins.

So, here’s what happened.

Samus Aran defeated Lara Croft. Samus’s advantage from the twitter poll was surprising, considering how close the Legion poll was.

Lum crushed (Rimshot!) Yor Forger, easily outpacing Yor in both polls but once again, Twitter was a landslide.

In the Comics Region, Gwen Stacy had a single vote lead over Rogue. And in Cartoon, Sabine Wren had a two-vote victory over Velma Dinkley.

So, here we are. Down to eight from sixty-four.  By Noon PDT tomorrow, we will know who our Final Four will be. Now, without further ado, the Elite Eight, BEGINS!
