There were two ladies who didn't make it into the Battle of the Cartoon Crushes. These characters come from an early 2000's animated Batman film. They are:

Kathleen "Kathy" Duquesne

And her pal Roxanne "Rocky" Ballantine

They didn't make the cut because there wasn't a good niche for them. They come from an animated movie, but both characters had been based of amalgams of characters from decades of comic Bat-lore. 

So instead, these two are the subject of the September art poll. Rocky and Kathy are going on an adventure. What is it?
