Welcome to July (Patreon)

Well, we survived June, and are on to July. 

Forgive me if I'm not quite as witty as normal today. Yesterday was the 4th of July, which for those of us not living in the U.S.A. is that nation's birthday. The day is traditionally celebrated  food, booze, and fireworks- usually shot off by drunken neighbors you wouldn't trust with a glowstick. Let's just say my neighborhood sounded like a battlefield until about three this morning. Right now, I am only awake in the legal sense.

But all that aside! Big things and special surprises are coming this month for the Legion! 

It's Heroes month here, and it's already started with the Sharon Rogers series dropping yesterday. Before it's done, we'll see characters from Tiger & Bunny, My Hero Academia, and the Legion-selected finale with Natasha Romanov, the Black Widow herself! There's also a special bonus series featuring my favorite comic book character of all time, Kitty Pryde.

Maybe I should have done that one last month, for Pride and all that. Ah well. :)

Anyway, I just want to remind those who are able to vote in the August Art poll (There's a tight race going on there! Help us break the nearly three-way tie!).

Also, I know times are tough for everybody right now. The economy is tight and there doesn't seem to be much hope in the streets. Thank you for sticking with me during this trying time. Your support goes far beyond the monetary, and I couldn't keep drawing without it. Some old friends have rejoined us in recent days, welcome back Legionnaires, you've been missed.

In closing, we're gonna get through this folks. Don't know quite how, don't know quite when, but we're gonna get through this together.
