Coming, 2022... (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

First, I have a bit of bad news, but then I have some pretty amazing news, so stay tuned! BIG things are coming.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, the current Silver/Gold/Obsidian tier structure is being retired. ;_;

Now, nobody worry. If you don’t edit your membership, you can continue at your current tier without interruption of the benefits you love or increased cost.

TLDR: do nothing, and you’re fine.

The current tiers won’t be around for new subscriptions after January 3rd. There may be a bit of lag as I bring all the past image posts up to date, but it should only affect new patrons, not you folks.

In place of S/G/O, will be three new tiers, Main, Variant and Spice. These come with expanded benefits and (unfortunately) slightly higher prices. Main is $3 a month, the other two are $7.

Like I said, current patrons can enjoy their current tiers without worry. In fact most of you will get the expanded benefits remaining where you are (more on that in a minute).

But IF you want to upgrade to the newer tiers, I’m offering you something special to ease the burden. Anyone who upgrades from S/G/O to an M/V/S tier and stays there for three months will receive a free Commission. That’s right, a custom picture of any character you’d like drawn. No polls, no getting outvoted, anyone your heart desires. See the pinned “Commission Tier” post for details)

Also, as part of the re-launch I’m going to be running a special event! ANYONE who subscribes to the Variant, Spice or Comm tiers in the month of January will get to name a character to be the subject of the weekly series starting in March!

…hopefully I’ll have that wrapped up in time for the annual Mayhem event. Otherwise it’ll need a new name cause Junehem just doesn’t have the same punch, you know?

Again with the TLDR: Bonus goodies for upgrading, no interruption in service if you stay put.

So, what did I mean by “expanded benefits”? Well, the first weekly series across all the tiers has 20 pictures in it. The second has 13 (and I haven’t even gotten to the Spice or Obsidian pics yet). The third, just for Main/Silver and Variant/Gold? Also 13. Plus the Variant/Spice/ Gold/Obsidian folks will get to see advance WIP pics of the NEXT week’s series in the Wednesday post.
