What's the story behind cat magic?

A Cat Girl from another world wielding powerful magic comes to Earth to cause mischief. She'll appear out of nowhere to enchant and seduce a cute girl, then leaving her, naked, gagged and bound in magic restraints. Usually in a very public place with clothes-destroying magic added for good measure. "Dispel Magic" might help, but who on Earth can cast third level spells? This is in many ways similar to "Alien Abductions" but with more variety in situations. I have 186 Cat Magic sketches scanned so far... （＾・ω・＾）

Cat Magic has me thinking of "Protection against clothes" magic... What if instead of destroying clothes the victim wears, it destroys all clothing within several meters, or prevents clothing from coming within say 2 meters of her -- it's like the cloth hits an invisible wall. A bubble of nudity. That way, it's not just the victims, but the people they know, the doctors, random people on the street... so they wouldn't even be able to hug a friend without that friend being naked too~ Eh, a silly thought. :)
