Dragon's Embrace (Patreon)

An adventuress stumbles upon an ancient, abandoned dragon hoard, hidden deep within a forgotten cavern. Among the treasures, she finds a sentient set of chains, pulsating with a strange, otherworldly energy. These chains are imbued with the dragon's very soul. As soon as she touches them, they spring to life, ensnaring her in their unyielding grip.

The artifact bestows upon its captive the incredible powers of a dragon: enhanced longevity, nearly invulnerable toughness, potent magic, and heightened senses far beyond those of any mortal. But these boons come at a steep price. Having a dragon's personality the chains will not let their captive free, no matter what.
