Title: The Landlord

Summary:  Step into the titillating world of "The Landlord," an adult comic series that melds the muscular allure of female athleticism with the tantalizing power dynamics of a unique living arrangement. Our protagonist, a young man named Kaito, inherits a sprawling apartment complex in Japan, tailored exclusively for women with a devotion to physical excellence. Each resident embodies the pinnacle of strength, from seasoned bodybuilders and towering amazons to powerful petite weightlifters and competitive volleyball giants.

As the sole male presence and new landlord, Kaito navigates an intricate web of responsibilities and erotic encounters. The complex boasts a private, state-of-the-art gym where these women sculpt their already impressive physiques, engaging in workouts that are as intense as they are intimate. With tenants hailing from across the globe, Kaito finds himself amidst a diverse tapestry of cultures and desires.

"The Landlord" promises a visual feast of growth and indulgence, where muscle worship, strength showcases, and a bevy of sexual escapades are the norm. Witness as Kaito explores the fine line between dominance and submission, awe and attraction, and discovers that the highest rent is paid in sweat, discipline, and carnal exchanges.

Join me for a story of empowerment, muscles , and unbridled passion, set against the backdrop of a culture that venerates both the beauty of the female form and the strength it can wield. "The Landlord" is not just a title, it's an experience.

My plan is to focus on each girl within a compact comic volume, approximately 50 pages in length. Additionally, I'm considering distributing it as a third comic along the other ones.

Interesting, Kaito must not give in to anything in exchange for rent if he wants to maintain this high cost facility.

I think the premise is interesting. I guess that there are enough body types that having so many in the main cast won't make their storylines too similar? If you feel good about it, then I'm all for seeing these dynamics play out like in reality shows I suppose.
