Where am I going to use it? It's still far from done, but even so, I want to post it. I've just started working on the details.

Mind if I ask what software you use?

Mouko

I have lots of questions in mind... Let me ask you a few. The black-haired woman on your homepage banner, will she one day be in a story? Or is this already the case? She is incredible, she looks like a wonder woman. Do you create all the characters yourself? This must take you a lot of time. And finally, have you ever thought about selling your character models? Or those that you don't use or no longer use? There is so much work behind it, it would be a shame to leave them like that. And above all, I find them so beautiful, while some models from other designers are... simple, basic. Not to say ugly. But I am convinced that if you offer them for sale, everyone will benefit. You as a seller, them, the other creators, and us as a consumer.

1 - The black-haired woman on your homepage banner, will she one day be in a story? Or is this already the case? Me: Hello Mouko! The model in question was initially part of a comic project I planned to create with another writer. Unfortunately, I haven't grown enough yet to work with the idea of having someone write for me. In short, this project has been put on hold. It was supposed to be a story featuring this Latina character, set during the Day of the Dead (Día de Los Muertos). 2 - She is incredible, she looks like a wonder woman. Do you create all the characters yourself? Me: If you're asking about the skin, hair, and other assets, no, I acquire most of them from the DAZ3D market. But if you're referring to the bodies, yes, I sculpt all of them myself nowadays. I no longer use the morphs from the DAZ3D market, only the base characters. I have the knowledge and skill to create from scratch, but there's no need for that. I can simply modify what exists, and this is a key advantage when creating new base characters. 3 - This must take you a lot of time. Me: The sculpting itself and the necessary adjustments for posing during renders, yes, it's definitely a lot of work. It becomes quite a meticulous, handcrafted job. 4 - Have you ever thought about selling your character models? Or those that you don't use or no longer use? Me: Again, if you're referring to assets like skin, hair, and base shapes, most of them are sold by markets that provide products for DAZ Studio. However, if you mean the shapes of the models, I have thought about selling them. But after observing the market for almost two years and seeing how quickly piracy impacts these products, I would probably not last long if I started selling these products. But you never know, I would definitely like to work as a product artist. 5 - There is so much work behind it, it would be a shame to leave them like that. And above all, I find them so beautiful, while some models from other designers are... simple, basic. Not to say ugly. But I am convinced that if you offer them for sale, everyone will benefit. You as a seller, them, the other creators, and us as a consumer. Me: There is indeed more work behind it than people realize. Many artists work so fast that it seems easier than it is. But again, I consider my work to be artisanal, and I do it with great care and affection at each stage, always studying to improve and present more refined and sophisticated products. I hope to continue doing this. I will reconsider this product line during this year, but I'm not entirely sure yet. Thank you very much for all these questions. I love interacting with people, and this felt almost like an interview =D. If you have more questions or ideas or anything feel free to drop it here!

Thanks for taking time to respond to me. I hope to see the banner character one day. (The story you had planned, with Mexican customs, looked very interesting) . But what you tell me only confirms my words. You make magnificent characters, you spend time on them. And out of all the ones you create, in the end, we only see a small amount in your stories. So I hope one day you will have enough time to use them all. But I think 24 hours in a day will not be enough for you.😂 We hope you will find other creators, who you could trust to use your work.
