• Tuned down skillpoints growth after 10th level
• 70% of bandits are now humans

• Cali encounter now happens after 2nd guild promotion

• Fixed rape option being disabled unless you are in jail

• Fixed sleep selection in jail not properly updated
• Daily actions restoration will benefit from other people sleeping in  your bed
