I'm thinking to let the suggesting tier be able to suggest ideas for the poll, and there would be no pity system. A total anarchy.

So basically that tier (and ones above it obv) would get 2 separate suggestions for each the (un)popular poll and the new one? Or does it work differently?

I'm thinking to make it so the ones who are in the "queue" gets to suggest for this new one. So it doesn't feel as "dull" to only get +3 votes boost for a period.
