Late one night Bill picks up Lola, a beautiful and mischievous girl who claims to be a witch. But  when they get back to Bill's drab little condo, Lola reveals that she has certain wicked plans for him...

This is one of the early short stories I published as Mindi Flyth and I've still got a soft spot for it. It's pretty straightforward TG TF smut, more focused on a slow, detailed change than the aftermath. It's been seven years, so poor Bill is probably some rich dude's trophy wife by now!
