Payment Error Update/Fix (Patreon)

Hey guys, I have some new info on the payment error situation.  Apparently Patreon is doing a bit of company reorganization in order to make their systems globally stable.  Their payment processor has moved from the US to the UK, and as a result, some banks ended up flagging their transactions as fraud. (ugh...)

If retrying your card fails, Patreon says the best way to resolve any continuing payment errors is to do ONE of the following:

• Contact your bank to confirm that the charge is not fraud
• Update your payment method to a new card
• Use Paypal instead

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.  Some patrons whose cards failed have already deleted their pledges, so I'm especially grateful to any of you who are/were able to stay and get your pledge through. (and to those of you who have - thank you for sitting through this PSA twice. ^_^)

Also, if you're a follower who's been thinking about pledging, or a patron who's been thinking about increasing your pledge, now would be an especially helpful time to do that.  The comic is back from hiatus with 2 patron-only pages in July, and we're at a 10% patron loss for August due to the payment issue.  There's some milestone goals we'll need to re-meet if I want to keep DOTU active through the coming months!
