Gray Card Portrait WIP + News/Updates (nothing scary ^_^) (Patreon)

So I'm trying to carry on my tradition of posting a bit of card deck progress during the off weeks that I don't have other Patreon extras coming.  And here's everyone's favorite nice gentle trustworthy guy, Gray >.>

The next couple weeks are going to be pretty hectic.  As you guys know, I've been planning a move.  I'm currently waiting for concrete news about whether my specific pets would be okay at a pet-friendly condo I'm hoping to get.  If it's all clear, I'll possibly be jumping on that fast, which could cut into this week's work time.

It's also a heavy week for freelance - lots of happy cheerful Disney product designs that will hopefully leave me even hungrier to work on my weirdass comic once the jobs are done. ^_^

I'm still wrapping up the next 2 chapters of Merritt's Story to get to my beta readers.  The move has been a time suck, so I might fluctuate a week on chapter 2's release, but chapter 3 should be back on course either way.

Aaaaand we're having a scene change in DOTU's next page, so I'll have to spend some of my remaining time this week on fresh thumbnails and environment designs before I can jump in.  The next page will likely be pretty simple, though, so I don't think there will be any problem staying on schedule.

We're also still above the ~3x/month (at minimum wage) milestone goal.  Once we're a little more securely above the threshold, I'm going to try to plan some intermediary goals I can throw in between the current level and the next level (3x/month at a living wage).  I want some goals that are more fun than "I can afford quality protein this week," haha. (not that quality protein isn't fun...)  Anyway, I'll keep you guys updated on this, and I might also ask for some ideas and feedback on possible one-shot art or minicomics or illustrated prose goals.
