Pogo's December 2017 Letters Have Been Sent! (+some small changes) (Patreon)

Pogo's December 2017 letters have been sent out to all processed patrons, so you should be getting them soon.  Email letters went out last night and this afternoon for those of you who get them digitally, so if you haven't received them yet, let me know.

These are a couple days late, so thank you for bearing with me!  To those of you who pledged on January 1 or later, January's letters will go out at the end of the month.

This letter may or may not be inspired by my monthly struggles to print Pogo's snail mail letters. ^_^;

So, the minor changes I mentioned:

-I'm trying out a new mail merge app to help automate sending out email letters, and it's a gmail app.  So this month, email letters went out from a different email address.  If you have issues with bounced email, please whitelist bob.illustration@gmail.com .  I'll only use this address to deliver rewards.  My reply-to address is still bob@bob-artist.com.  I don't check the gmail address often.

-Due to the aforementioned mail merge app, email letters will sometimes go out over the course of two days.  The free version of the app limits you to 50 emails per day.  I'll vary the order so the same people don't always have to wait till the second day.  There is a premium version with a higher quota that I may consider if/when I can afford it.

-I'm usually too paranoid to drop Pogo's snail mail letters into a mailbox, so I always take them to the post office and hand them to a person.  (One time in 2014 I dropped them in the mail box, and a sketch patron's letter got lost for like a month, so I'm scared, haha.)  But this time I'm trying to see if I can safely spare myself the 40-minute round trip and us a mailbox like normal people do.  Please let me know if your letter arrives in worse condition than normal, or if it takes unusually long, or if it doesn't arrive!  Due to the greeting card size, sometimes they seem to have issues.

-15 days have passed since I sent the snail mail letters and you still haven't received yours

-you want to be called by a different name on your letter

-If your address has changed, please update it in your pledge
