This “beach” is actually a lake in Austin Texas. There’s some sand but mainly a lot of rocks. Towards the water edge are smaller rocks which I love the way it sounds when the waves come up and hit the rocks then trickle back down over the rocks slowly. Such a peaceful sound. One main downside to this place is the even in the water there’s a lot of rocks so coming into the water your feet are pretty uncomfortable until you get further away from shore. Then you can find some sandy areas to stand. It gets pretty deep pretty quickly too.
