Technical issues (Patreon)

Hey guys! One of my members messaged me and let me know that on his app it’s only allowing him to view the thumbnails and he’s not able to see the photos enlarged at all when he clicks on them. He’s able to view them on the computer though. We are trying to figure out who’s end the problem is occurring on as we’ve tried many troubleshooting issues options such as updating the app, deleting and reinstalling, etc. and he’s having no luck. So, I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue. If so please comment below and shoot me a message or I’ll message you when I see your comment. Thanks guys! If this is an issue for other people I will do my best to get it solved, and of course I’ll do my best even if it’s only him having this glitch.
