When I was 19 I started I project that I called “We ❤️ your car”. Me and a friend of mine would run around LA at 2am, sometimes later, and look for cool vintage cars. My friend would shoot a Polaroid if me in front of their car, flashing my tits and covering my face to keep it anonymous. On the Polaroid I’d write “We ❤️ your car!” And leave it under the windshield wipers. I would also document all the proof on my phone. My plan was to create an anonymous Twitter for start posting kind of like a trail of where we went. At that time I was traveling often so I wanted to do the project all over the US. The reason this project never gained any traction is because one day while my car was parked over night in Silverlake a strange man broke into my car, stole my Polaroid camera and a bunch of naked photos of me on Polaroid 😬 This was the bigger Polaroid with the larger prints, not the mini. So it was more expensive. At the time I was pretty broke and so I couldn’t buy another one. My money had to go towards bills. So the project ended abruptly. I don’t know why I can’t find the other photos from the project, so these three are all the proof I have left. I think it only lasted two week before the camera was stolen haha.

Maybe one day I’ll be able to bring this concept back. It was a fun project. It just requires some free time, Polaroid camera, a sharpie and a friend to take the photos. Which at the time I didn’t have anybody who was as invested in the project as I was so I had a few different friends helping me with depending on who was available
