April's Exclusive Patreon Sketch is here! It has been difficult weeks lately with some sort of burn out, but still pushing through while also being careful and taking needed rest. I actually started working on this early on the week but took me a bit to finish it. I experimented with some fast rendering for the maw instead of having uvula and no uvula versions.
