Tiers change (nothing removied, only better things added) (Patreon)

Decided to change terms a bit for better experience for my audience.

- All Tiers have access to Discord and closed Patreon channel now.

- All Tiers can suggest ideas for future regular sPatreon sketches now.

- 7$ tier gets access to "red lines" - you can ask for advice for your works! Like "shoulder should look like this" and "this shadow should be here, not there".    (please, keep in mind that this does not mean you can come with literally a stick figure and ask to guide you through everything, do understand...)
