Anyway, some news incoming. Chris Armin has officially left the team to pursue other stuff. In the 2 years of his stay he was able to finish 8 total animations, so that's about 1 finished piece every 3 months.
Fret not as we have someone to fill the role, but will need your further understanding of how things will play out.
Replacing Chris is Alya. She's in contract with us for 3 years minimum.
There will be some 25+ samples ahead so do check out her work before I explain how this goes.

Now I'm sure most of you are impressed as I was but I also have the same question: Can she animate?
And that's where I'm bringing this news to all patrons for Alya's setup and entrance to ViperV. Short answer is she can. However her previous employment were all illustrative. She is eager to learn and is asking a month or two to study while delivering game over scenes or requests for non-animated illustrative content til she is ready.

Despite her interest, she never got to hone the craft fully because all her works before were for posters, books and illustrative purposes. Also all the animations above are RAW natural instinct. Something she did by just observing visually.
Anyway, I already sent her some tutorials and videos to start learning and also mailed her this:
which will get to her in a day or two. I'm sue it will help her as much as it helped me.
Another news is I also have a brief contract with Daryl, an old friend of mine who also worked with me on safe for work flash games back in the day. He has already dissected one of my engines and will make a separate bite-size game for us.
Whatever Alya learns and lewd animations produced will be for that game until she gets confident enough to take the mantle for animating Divine Arms.
While Daryl and Alya are producing something else, I will continue populating the stages and adjusting the current game for 2.0
I've also designed new enemies for the next biomes.
The planet unofficially named sehcrot dna skrofhctip has barely been around a billion years, so parasites and creatures alike are very much an abundance, coexisting with the invasive humans or competing for the food chain order. (in the future, we'll show human cities where blood hunters and all enemies are also sexually sold and abused and some are even part of an Inn's menu)
New unnamed enemy number one:
Is a Squidtacle parasite that preys on fishermen. Becomes highly intelligent when they overtake the host's brain. Even uses giant pearls as magical mediums to conjure.
New unnamed enemy number two and three:
We'll call it Lustwurm for now. But pretty much the same as the rapevine. Only this time, instead of replacing hosts, the lustworm binds the host along its metamorphosis to become one with it.
Anyway, that's all for now. Feel free to lower or remove your pledge if you are unhappy with this news, but for those who will stay, thank you for giving Alya a chance to learn and also pursue animation. She loved the project so much (despite unable to finish the cave area lol) and will probably stay with the team for good as I also made a good deal with her if she continues to stay after the contract.
I will continue to do the rest of the content for Divine Arms, worry not. You will still get non-animated lewd pieces from Alya and I'll take suggestions like voting to what you'd like her to draw while learning to animate.
I will also update Alya's progress weekly, so check it out here on the campaign feed. I myself would like to see how she'll grow from everyone's support.
Once Daryl also gets to a playable state, i'll let everyone play it as well.
