Hydrostatic equilibrium aside, could centripetal forces being more powerful than the gravitational force of the hollow planet allow us to stay on the ground? Also if you were at the center of the universe would you be able to see everything spinning in relation to centrifugal force or would you have no background because space is so vast that everything would look still?
