We're back once more to Breath of Fire II's universe. Do you guys recall seeing Nina with a different set of colors? That meant she met the shamans and changed her stats and colors (and her equipment, right? Or does it count as "stats"?). Anyway, tonight we have Yua, an energetic and strong-willed brood (a winged race in BoF2), meeting three lovely shamans (from left to right, the Fire, Wind, and Water shamans).

Extra special thanks to Kyropracter, who kindly shared this (overlooked?) aspect of the shaman system. LOL. These characters... The more I paint them, the more I wish I had played the game back in the day. Kyro, friend, I'll find the time and play it any day soon. =^____^=

Thank you all so much for the love and support! Enjoy!

p.s.: this is an extra painting, an early access submission. It will be posted at Hentai-Foundry, Twitter, etc., in the future. Since this was a commission painting, its RIF file will not be uploaded.

Wow this is stunning! The flow of their hair and their costumes is absolutely lush. And the kiss is HOT.

Color! Color! Color! You asked for colors and I wanted to suggest something with multiple palette options. Of course, your artistic talent speaks for itself and the painting turned out fantastic because you made it a possibility. Thanks again Q! Fun fact: this was inspired by Quaraci's painting "Anticipation."

This painting was the perfect storm: I found the right brushes to create the desired effects (the hair, and the metallic pieces! It's hard to find the right brush when there are more than 900 of those available...) and I even got to benefit from very recent studies on kissing poses. =^____^= I'm so glad you like it, pickleherring! Yay!

Videogame characters usually are so colorful that keeping the palette in harmony is both a challenge (earlier in the painting process) and a blessing (later, when everything starts to fall into place). I wouldn't get there without your art direction, K! The fun fact is 100% true, guys! We can see elements of "Anticipation" in all other sketches as well! =^____^= Thank you, director K! :D
