Midnight. Shola had an appointment with a new client. She was far from being late, but some things just can’t be rushed. There’s a rite, and a mindset to it, especially when her closest friends knew nothing about her job at the fetish club. Was she ashamed? After a whole year? Thinking about that before meeting a client certainly was counterproductive, so she just walked her way to the club. As she got there, however, she saw a young man wearing a hoodie in front of the club. It was Thomas, a former schoolmate, and he was turning his face towards her when she followed her deepest instincts and... Walked straight forward. He was one of the boys who bullied Epona at school after all. He had reasons to feel ashamed, not her.

Thomas turned his body right when Shola walked past him. Her shoulder hit his shoulder. She almost called him by his name, but something stopped her: she realized that something had changed. “I’m sorry, uh…”, she said, followed by a long pause. “Here, you dropped your purse”. Thomas had a long hair now, and she could smell the lip gloss from where she stood, not to mention her makeup. Not bad. Not bad at all. Shola couldn’t believe how feminine her former schoolmate had become after only a couple of years. For a split second, Shola forgot about the history of bullying altogether. She was curious, but she decided not to take the first step. She then asked Shola if they had met before. Was it a test? Shola said “I had the same feeling at first, but no, I don't think we have.” They said their goodbyes and Shola entered the club.

Half an hour later, Shola entered the room and found her new client waiting by the table. The same purse she had picked up from the street floor. The client’s name: Thomasin. Very unusual, she thought, but it was all there, in the form.

“You… Again?”, Thomasin asked.

“I get that a lot.” She replied, smiling. In her heart, she knew that Thomasin recognized her. Something about the way she looked at her as she entered the room. She knew exactly who Shola was, her former schoolmate, and she decided to stay. Would it bring her more pleasure? Perhaps. “Now let’s talk about you, Thomasin. What do you like? What do you dislike?”

Hello hello, fellow futa lovers!

How have you been? I hope you’re all fine, safe and sound. I stayed home during all holidays but, somehow, I managed to catch a cold that kept me away from the canvas these last three days or so. I’m feeling better now, sneezing a little, but I’ll be fully recovered soon. Well, enough about me. :P~

Here we are, 2022, and I have interesting plans for this exciting new year that I'd like to share with you.

I plan on experimenting with Krita 5’s new recording feature, which will make the creation of time-lapse videos really easy and automated, and it seems to be a very lightweight tool, so hooray us! For those of you who like to see this fellow artist’s workflow, I think it can eventually be incorporated into our feed. This means I'll probably use Krita more often from now on, which isn't the easiest decision to make: on the one hand, it's editing capabilities are way better than Corel Painter's tools for layer editing and modification (which in the end has a huge impact on productivity). On the other hand, there are some Corel Painter brush engines that make those colors melt like butter and blend almost like paint blends on a real-life canvas, which is very important to me. I'll probably go back and forth from time to time and see what happens. I've hear that there's a built-in time-lapse recording script in Painter as well that I haven't tested yet, so I'll try that one as well.

Also, I guess I’ll keep experimenting with Blender’s 3D modelling/sculpting tools, mainly to tackle more challenging backgrounds (Architecture, some interiors, and so on). I’m not switching gears to 3D, quite the opposite: in more complex environments, modelling becomes a much better tool than the traditional approach of linear perspective, and there’s also the added benefit of being able to revisit some recurring backgrounds, such as the girls’ rooms, their workplaces, and so on.

Last, but not least, and some of you already know about this, as much as I like the challenge of working on commissions, I’m officially reducing my slots to nearly zero. For those of you who haven’t noticed it, I’ve even unpublished the Horse tier from our Patreon page. There are personal and professional reasons that effectively reduced my weekly painting hours, so I don’t want the quality of any of our paintings to suffer. I have a (rather short) waiting list of commissions that I’ll paint as soon as it’s manageable to do so, which shouldn’t take longer than four or five months from now.

Thank you all so much for the love, support, and for trusting this fellow artist's ideas =^______^=

Have a wonderful 2022, everyone!
