If Lucas got a nickel for every awkward muscle contraction on Noah’s face, he would be rich before he was drunk. It happened between songs, or whenever he looked at the crowd dancing, and he never really seemed to see them from a safe, comfortable distance. He was quite sure there was a guy dancing with no pants on, by the way, but there was just so much going on... Who was Mitski anyway? Lucas, unlike his twin brother, always had a half smile on his face.

“I don’t know her very well either, Noah, but I think I like this place”, he answered.

“I don’t think I know how to party anymore. Don’t they play Oasis, or Marcy Playground, anymore?”

“I’m afraid not, Noah. God… Did you stop listening to music after high school?”, Lucas replied, followed by a long silence. “There she is! Hey! Epona!”

“Here we go…”, said Noah. She kissed both on the cheek. Was she the way Lucas told him? Noah had never met a herm before. Is it OK to call her a herm? He would never know. Her kiss was wet, and so was her hair.

“I’m all wet, guys. It’s raining, like, a lot outside. Look at this!”, she said, pointing to her purse. It was soaking wet, and so was her shirt and skirt. “I need to go to the ladies room and change. Luckily, tonight, we won’t be needing them. Freedom! Oh, Lucas, I came prepared, like I told you!”, she said, and left.

Noah pulled his brother’s sleeve. “We won’t be what? What did she mean by prepared? Lucas, tell me what’s going on!”

“Noah, this is the Sandwich Club, a club that’s friendly towards naked customers of all genders, and extra friendly towards polyamory in general, you know, brother, you and I are the slices of bread and she’s, well…”

“And I’m the ham, the cheese, and the sauce!”, said Epona, surprising both of them. Her arms were raised, and her smile was not from this world.

Noah blushed. She only had her bracelets on, and a ribbon bow on her hair. He had never seen a naked herm in person before, much less an equine as hung as Epona. He didn’t know what to do, but he couldn't take his eyes off of her either. There was something else, though. When she turned around to see the crowd dancing, he could see an emerald shining between her buttocks. “You are…”

“She came prepared!”, said Lucas, out loud. “I have a good feeling about this.”

“You told me that”, said Epona, “if I came prepared, you would what?”

“I would make you come right here, tonight”, Lucas replied.

“It’s on, then!”, she said.

“It’s on!”, echoed Lucas.

“Oh, oh… I have a bad feeling about this”, said Noah to himself, and then she took them both to the dance floor.

Hello hello! Quaraci here!

I have a folder full of ideas, old sketches, and studies that I, for one reason or another, put on hold. Sometimes I interrupt a project because I don’t like the idea anymore, but other times I do it because I think that, in the future, I’ll be able to revisit the sketch and turn it into the painting it was meant to become. That’s precisely the case of our Sandwich painting. On the one hand I was giving myself time to bring a theme (futa+male) that usually isn’t as popular as futa+female, so we had some time to answer some polls and see whether this would be a good idea or not. On the other hand, there’s so much that I’ve learned/improved in recent months (from composition and lighting to colors and basic draftsmanship, really) that waiting was the right choice in order to turn this idea into the best rendering I could possibly deliver. There’s so much that I particularly like here, from facial expressions to fashion items, from dramatic lights to a playful quality that always makes me smile when I look at it. I’d like to share this one with you today. I hope you like it! =^____^=

Cheers! I know I’m saying this a bit late, but happy pride for those who (like myself) celebrate it!

Cheers!

Yeah, futa + male isn't as popular, but fuck it, this painting is beautiful!! Nice story to go along with it too. I appreciate you sticking your neck out and delivering art beyond the norm.

Thanks, Kyro! I'm glad you like it! Well, you know that I like to take some risks every now and then and share something different, although I'm always very worried of the consequences that may follow. Sometimes the outcome is surprisingly positive, though. I guess I live for those rare, beautiful moments. =^____^=
