Oh come on, that sounds like total BS. Real ninjas were never muscle-power-houses. I dare you to show me a picture of a legit ninja character with that level of muscles. ^^' Even in fiction, I mean, the notion that bigger muscles makes you slower/less agile is one of the few things in Dragon Ball Z that makes sense : https://youtu.be/tIZGSXjco8g?t=363 It's also very common in most RPGs to have to chose between strength and dexterity, and that having too much of both is more like god-mode.
