Hey again, Patreon! As you might have guessed following the last page, this comic is finally on a positive uptick! It takes some rough experiences to really build character, and little Mamabito had a lot to learn on that fateful day! But she's finally starting to come into her own, and learning the value of a good deed isn't always in the reward: you just do it because it feels right! Helping others is its own reward!

After eight solid pages of flashbacks, we're finally returning to the present day. Rest assured, this comic still has a ways to go before it's over, but for now, we're back home with Leif and Molly, who aren't quite ready for the story to end, either!! Another time, kids! 

This sketch is extra rough, because I want to get out of my habit of lingering on the sketch phase for too long! This is not the part we need to worry about looking nice! Save that for line art, which is the next stage! See you guys then!!
